Customer Service

Customer Service Training 

Ireland Active is offering a Customer Service training course for the leisure and fitness industry. A customer's perception of the organisation is based on how the front-line staff handles the initial moment of contact and how they follow through on customer service  

This course is suitable for all staff.

This is a 1 day course running from 10am - 5pm. 

Course Aim

The aim of this course is to  enable participants to confidently deliver a high-quality service, engaging professionally and effectively with their customers. 


At the end of this 1 day course, participants will:

  • Understand their role & the importance of first impressions
  • Be aware of the common behaviour styles and the barriers to good communication
  • Develop assertiveness skills
  • Identify Moments of Misery, Moments of Magic and how to ‘wow’ the customers
  • Understand the causes of conflict with customers and how to deal with it.
