Ireland Active's Board

Ireland Active is a not-for-profit trade body, accountable to its members and governed by a board of directors who are representative of the different areas of our sector stakeholder groups.

Board directors are nominated and elected by Ireland Active members and serve a three year term.

The CEO, president, company secretary and treasurer are appointed by the board members.

The executive staff team are responsible for the day-to-day running of Ireland Active, which is led by the chief executive officer (CEO).
